Virtual Iron supports multi-path IO for SAN. We are working to extend this to ethernet.

does that also mean that is it possible to have virtual wwn´s in the virtual machine too, for letting application inside handle multiple paths?

Currently the virtual machine sees storage as a standard disk -- you don't configure WWN in the virtual machine. You configure SAN storage (raw or vdisks) through the management server.
