Does the iSCSI support require a hardware initiator or can you use a software initiator (even in an unsupported fashion)?

This isn't mentioned in any of the notes.

Virtual Iron 3.5 supports an iSCSI software initiator.

Where are the instructions to get it to work?

I am referring to the node using the software initiator and not the guest.
