Is there an available white paper to deploy virtualIron solution over blade systems?Is there a way to allocate resources of 3 blade servers for a single operating system?Could this be achieved via the VI free edition?

We do support various models of blade hardware, but any particular operating system instance can only run on a single blade. Virtual Iron does not support spanning one OS across multiple blades or physical servers.
