The documentation only mentions booting managed nodes from a CD or PXE boot. Is it possible to boot the managed node from another device (e.g., internal drive, USB flash drive)?

Thanks for the feedback. In version 3.1, CDROM and PXE are the only two supported options, however, we're addressing this issue in our next release.
