I have 2 hosts, a management server, a dedicated lan and a public lan.  The issue I am seeing is that I can't get past "Setup is starting Windows" for windows 2003.  I have tried this with 3 different 2003 disks (including R2. SP1 and SP2).  
Windows XP and 2000 install fine to this point, its just 2003.  Has anyone seen this???  So far this is a big stumbling block for us to use this product and I hope this is an easy fix.

BTW, these hosts are Sun X4100 M2 (AMD 2218 chips)

This is a known problem installing Windows 2003 on AMD systems that will be fixed in the next release. To work around the issue hit F5 at the begining of the install and select "Standard PC" and you can proceed with the install.

I haven't tried any imports from out VMware farms but will this be an issue? Right now, ALL our VMware Hosts are AMD based.

The issue described above is just for install (the fix will be out later this month). You should be able to easily export your VMware virtual disks and import them into Virtual Iron. This blog entry describes how. Note that there may be driver issues if you have VMware Tools installed. The most fail-safe way to convert is using a P2V solution (in V2V mode).
