When creating an iSCSI LUN of 200GB and assigning it to a VirtualServer, the partioner of RHEL4 sees only about 130GB of this disk. Is this a bug/feature of am I doing something wrong?

You hit an issue described in our Release Notes: "Cannot use disks larger than 128 GB without VS Tools". Please install VSTools and you should be able to see the total disk.
