Is there any tool to convert Microsoft Virtual Server virtual .vhd drives to Virtual Iron? I have several images that I wouldn't want to have to rebuild from scratch.

Absolutely, however there is no need to covert. Virtual Iron supports VHD. You simply import the vhd and away you go.
