Virtual Iron is currently seeking talented, aggressive and highly-motivated individuals to provide support to our fast-growing Enterprise Sales team in selling our advanced virtualization and management software solutions. If you’re an over-achiever, driven by new business success, and you've got what it takes to grow and support a new business initiative, then we want to speak with you.

Qualified candidates will work with an outside sales team to grow a sales territory in North America. This is not your typical inside sales and dial. You will be part of a very focused and experienced sales group – working with an outside salesperson and Solutions Architect who each possess a minimum of 10 years of sales experience. We provide server virtualization software which brings several values including server consolidation, rapid provisioning, management, auto recovery, and live application migration to the enterprise data center.

Description:

  • Contribute to a professional sales atmosphere through positive interaction with outside sales force and customers.
  • Business-to-business inside sales - close initial deals via both inbound and outbound lead generation activities.
  • Proactively set up appointments for outside sales force by daily cold calling and networking for new accounts.
  • Determine prospect needs and communicate benefits of Virtual Iron solution.
  • Contribute to a professional sales atmosphere through positive interaction with outside sales force and customers.
