Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Engineer to manage and develop C-based kernel software for a virtualization manager and UNIX-like OS. Candidate will be responsible for the building, testing and integration of changes between an open source virtualization project and the company's modifications and enhancements to the project. The candidate will work closely with other developers in a team-oriented environment and analyze and resolve problems found by customers or QA engineering.
Responsibilities include participation in the technical review/evaluation of various projects, and maintenance of thorough and accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- a BSCS or BSEE, or equivalent
- 0-5 years of experience
- familiarity and experience with C-based kernel software in a UNIX-like environment
- familiarity with building Linux kernels, and general operating system principles.
