Virtual Iron Support Lifecycle

Virtual Iron supports each major release of a Virtual Iron product for three years. The definitions of our support phases are as follows: 

1. General Support: Provided for one year from general availability of the Major or Minor Release, or one year after the next Major or Minor Release, whichever is longer.

2. Extended Support: Provided for one year following General Support.

3. Technical Guidance: Provided for one additional year following Extended Support.
